I finished editing and cropping the pictures from our Olympic National Park trip. At least I accomplished something while I was sick. Now, I have to clean the house.

I’m sick, with a sinus infection. Yuck. Head throbbing, pounding, thank goodness my husband is still on vacation.

A new favorite of my family, it is so quick to make and it is really really good!
Ingredients:
1 package Kielbasa or Turkey Kielbasa (the kind that is shaped like a U), cut into 1/2 inch slices
